The Colo da Garça (Lap of the Heron) is the restaurant of the Hotel Dona Inês, intending this way to give continuity to the fame that the beauty of the Dona Inês Queen had in Portugal. Lap of the Heron was the name given to that who was crowned after died, for the comparison that was done between her beauty and the one of the heron, particularly her slender neck. The restaurant Colo da Garça (Lap of the Heron) is a modern and functional restaurant, with capacity for 120 people. It has a modern kitchen and of an appellative dining room.

The "Príncipe Real" (Real Prince) is the modern bar of the Hotel, especially drawn for the conviviality to the sound of a suave music. This bar has a menu that is characterized by their varied "coctails", alcoholic or no, "shorts drinks" or "long drinks".

Still answering to the needs of the Companies and Institutions, the Hotel Dona Inês, has a group of meeting rooms, from a capacity of 20 up to 350 people.
